Refund Policy

PDFTape is sold only through Apple's App Store, so every purchase — the Mac app and PDFTape Pro on iPhone and iPad — is billed and refunded by Apple.

App Store purchases

If you bought the Mac app, or PDFTape Pro on iPhone or iPad, through Apple's App Store, refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com under Apple's refund policy — Apple decides the outcome, and we have no way to issue or speed up an App Store refund. If a refund is granted, PDFTape Pro locks again the next time the app checks with the App Store.
