Overview

Convert PDF pages into PNG or JPEG images for sharing, editing, or archiving. PDFTape renders each page locally, so your document never leaves your device.

  • Export as PNG for lossless quality.
  • Export as JPEG with adjustable quality for smaller files.
  • Download images individually or as a ZIP archive.
  1. 1

    Open PDF → Images

Open PDFTape in your browser or launch the Mac app. Click PDF → Images.

    Step 1
Choose PDF → Images from the home screen
  2. 2

    Add your PDF

Drag the PDF into the drop zone or click Choose files. The app reads the file on your device and renders a thumbnail for each page.

    Step 2
Drop the PDF into the staging area
  3. 3

    Choose format and quality

Pick PNG for maximum quality and transparent backgrounds, or JPEG for smaller file sizes. If you choose JPEG, drag the quality slider to balance size and clarity.

    Step 3
    Select PNG or JPEG
  4. 4

    Convert and download

Click Convert. When the render is done, download the images individually or as a ZIP archive containing every page.

    Step 4
Download images or a ZIP archive
Tip: Need just one page? Use Split first to extract the page, then convert it to an image.
