Before you write

A few details help us help you faster:

  • Your macOS version and PDFTape version (PDFTape → About PDFTape).
  • Whether you're on the Mac App Store or the direct-download build.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot, if something looks wrong.

Common questions

  • Restoring a purchase. Reinstalled, or on a new Mac? Open PDFTape and choose Restore Purchase on the upgrade screen to bring back your unlock — no receipt needed.
  • Refunds. See our refund policy.
  • What's new. Browse the changelog.
  • Your files and privacy. PDFTape works offline and keeps your documents on your Mac — details in our privacy policy.

Mac App Store purchases

Billing and refunds for the Mac App Store edition are handled by Apple. Manage purchases in App Store → your account, or request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For anything about how the app works, email us — we're happy to help.
